Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated based on the estimated weight and size of the items. I use services from ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR, ROYAL MAIL AIRSURE and PARCELFORCE WORLDWIDE - GLOBALPRIORITY for both domestic and international shipping.

All domestic deliveries will be made in up to 10 days, within the UK, of the order of any given item, unless otherwise stated due to circumstances of absence - in which case you shall be informed via email, and if this does not comply with your wishes a full refund will be made.

Any commissions ordered for illustrative pieces via dijondajee@gmail.com will be completed and delivered within 3-4 weeks (unless otherwise stated due to absence or any prior commissions and exhibitions), upon payment of the order.

All international deliveries will be subject to ROYAL MAIL AIRSURE delivery times within the above period stated (this may vary prior to and following the Christmas period - please keep this in mind when placing your order). If you would like to receive any tracking information in relation to the delivery of your order, please let me know via dijondajee@gmail.com.

Returns

If you wish to return a purchase please contact art@dijondajee.com

If you are unhappy with any artworks, they can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the item minus the postage and packaging fees. Please check the purchase as soon as you receive it, if there are any damages to the work in transit please let us know as soon as possible. Damages to paintings after 14 days are unfortunately not covered by our insurance. Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned within 7 days of being received.

Please advise upon the receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange for any other available items. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by the buyer and return of the new item is subject to receiving the extra postage costs. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.

Returns of damaged artworks will only be accepted if the goods were damaged when delivered to you, we will take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as damaged will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as damaged. We will replace a damaged item if a suitable replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us at: art@dijondajee.com 

In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase minus any shipping costs incurred. Please note refunds to Debit/Credit Cards normally clear in 1/2 days. Any unwanted gifts bought in December can be returned for a refund provided you let us know by email by the 1st January.
